Return Policy

If a piece is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is insured and on us.

How to return

Write to klarorav1@gmail.com with your order number. We will email a prepaid, fully insured FedEx label within one business day. Pack the piece in its case, seal the box, and drop it at any staffed FedEx location so you receive a signed receipt.

Refunds

Once the piece reaches our atelier, a goldsmith inspects it and confirms the stone against its grading report. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. Exchanges ship the same week.

Bespoke & engraved pieces

Custom commissions, engraved items and pieces resized at your request are final sale. They remain covered by our lifetime care program and a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
